3. Account Registration and Security

• Accuracy of Information：You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• Credential Protection (Critical)：The API Key generated by the Platform is your unique credential for accessing services. You are solely responsible for taking all necessary measures to protect your key. Any request initiated via your API Key shall be deemed as your authorized action. You shall bear all costs and legal consequences arising therefrom.
• Account Transfer：Unauthorized transfer, leasing, or selling of your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Billing, and Refund Policy

• Prepaid Model：The Platform operates on a prepaid basis. Credits are deducted in real-time based on the type of API invoked and the number of tokens consumed.
• Billing Standards：Pricing may fluctuate based on adjustments made by upstream providers. We recommend checking the pricing page regularly.
• Refund Terms：Due to the nature of digital services, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused balances may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the deposit date, subject to a deduction for third-party payment processing fees. Accounts banned due to violations of this agreement (e.g., illegal activities) are not eligible for refunds of remaining balances.

5. User Conduct and Compliance

When using our services, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Prohibited Content：It is strictly forbidden to use the API to generate, transmit, or store content that violates local or international laws, including but not limited to violence, pornography, terrorism, misinformation, or content infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Prohibited Attacks：You may not engage in malicious concurrency, reverse engineering, DDoS attacks, or exploit system vulnerabilities to undermine the stability of the Platform.
• Compliance Declaration：You must ensure that your final application complies with the usage policies of upstream providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

6. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk

• Upstream Dependency：The stability of our service relies heavily on third-party providers. The Platform shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by maintenance, outages, policy changes, or export blocks by upstream providers.
• Force Majeure：The Platform shall not be liable for economic losses resulting from force majeure events, including hacker attacks, backbone network failures, or government orders.
• Content Disclaimer：The Platform is not obligated to review content generated via the API. Any legal disputes arising from AI-generated content are the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, its technology, logos, and interface belong to 4sapi.com.
• Copyright of the data and API interaction content belongs to you or your end-users.

8. Suspension and Termination

• Violation Banning：We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your service access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
• Voluntary Termination：You may stop using the service at any time. Responsibilities regarding indemnity and limitation of liability shall survive the termination of your account.
